Data we may collect

We receive the information you share when requesting a quote, completing a form, using customer service chat or writing through WhatsApp or email. These requests may be recorded in the CRM for follow-up.

• Origin and destination city or country, type of operation and estimated date.
• Information about goods, volume, requested services and special items when you share it.
• Messages, language preferences and records needed for commercial follow-up.
• Basic technical data such as IP, browser, device, visited pages and traffic source.

How we use the data

We use data to answer requests, prepare quotes, coordinate advisory sessions, follow up with leads, improve the site experience and maintain commercial communications related to international mobility services.

The international moving coverage map is served from this website and does not require connections to an external map provider.

The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives the IP address and technical connection data and may use its own cookies under its policies. This map operates independently of this site’s advertising measurement preferences.

On forms displaying reCAPTCHA, we use Google’s service to verify requests and reduce automated submissions. When loaded, it may set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie and process technical browser and connection data. This security check is independent of consent to analytics and personalised advertising.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

The site uses necessary cookies to operate and remember language or preferences. Measurement starts on arrival unless you have saved a rejection. Reject in the notice opens the cookie policy so you can read it and select Confirm rejection. You can also turn measurement off with Necessary only in Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page.
