Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored in your browser to remember preferences, maintain basic functions or measure how the site is used.

We may also use browser local storage to record your consent decision.

Necessary cookies

These are essential to operate Pack2Go.co securely and consistently. They are not used for behavioral advertising.

• Site language preference.
• Temporary session for form CSRF protection.
• Cookie consent or rejection record.
• Basic security, form and navigation controls.

Language preferences

The site_lang cookie remembers your selected language for 30 days. A Spanish or English page URL takes priority over this preference.

Analytics cookies

Google Tag Manager and the configured Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement start on arrival when no rejection has been saved. Selecting Confirm rejection on this page or Necessary only in preferences stops measurement, and your choice is respected on subsequent visits.

Measurement helps us understand visits, interactions and campaign results. Forms and contact channels remain available if you choose Necessary only.

• Visit and event measurement.
• Page and campaign performance.
• Aggregated site interaction data.

Marketing cookies

Active measurement allows Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits, interactions and accepted enquiries. You can reject it. This setting does not enable personalized ads.

Allow measurement and personalized ads additionally permits Google to use service-page visits and interactions to show related ads. This choice is optional and is not needed to request a quote or contact us.

• Measurement: visits, interactions and campaign results.
• Personalization: only after explicitly choosing the third option.
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry text are not sent with these measurement events.

WhatsApp and external services

When you click WhatsApp, social media, Google, Meta or other external service links, those platforms may apply their own cookies, policies and settings outside Pack2Go.co.

We recommend reviewing each provider policy when interacting with them.

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed with lazy loading. When it loads, the browser connects to Google, which receives the IP address and technical data and may use its own cookies under its policies. The map operates independently of this site’s advertising measurement preferences. Customer service chat may connect to the CRM service to respond to enquiries; that function does not itself activate advertising measurement.

The international moving coverage map is served from this website and does not require connections to an external map provider.

On forms displaying reCAPTCHA, we use Google’s service to verify requests and reduce automated submissions. When loaded, it may set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie and process technical browser and connection data. This security check is independent of consent to analytics and personalised advertising.

How consent works

Reject in the notice brings you to this policy so you can read it before selecting Confirm rejection. Measurement turns off when you confirm. Accept and the notice’s × save acceptance of measurement and close the notice; personalized ads remain off. We save your choice for 180 days. You can change it in Cookie preferences in the footer.

We respect saved rejection preferences. The initial measurement setting is not an explicit acceptance of personalized ads. Browsing or closing the panel does not change a saved choice.

Withdrawing permission stops optional measurement, clears campaign attribution saved by the site and attempts to delete measurement cookies accessible from this domain. This does not erase information already sent to providers or cookies on other domains.

• Necessary only: turns optional measurement and personalized ads off.
• Allow measurement: permits measurement with personalized ads off.
• Allow measurement and personalized ads: permits both purposes.

Preferences and browser storage

We save the preference in local storage and in a necessary cookie in this browser, so it can persist when local storage is blocked. If both mechanisms are blocked, your choice may apply only during the current visit.

• site_lang: language; 30 days.
• pack2go_cookie_consent and crm_lead_consent_v1: measurement and personalization choice; 180 days.
• crm_lead_attribution_v1: campaign source, only with measurement permission; up to 90 days after its update.
• Form session: protects the request and its validation; it does not authorize measurement or advertising.
• Customer service chat and external services requested by the visitor have a contact function independent of optional measurement.

Browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Deleting all site preferences removes your choice: the next visit restores the initial setting of measurement on and personalized ads off. You can reject measurement again using the small notice at the bottom.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if new analytics, CRM, AI chatbot, advertising or measurement tools are added. The published version will be the current version.
